I’m Nii Dromo Tetteh-Mensah, an aviation analyst, growth strategist and developer with more than ten years of turning regulatory problems into workable strategy.
At the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority I work in the Economic Regulation and Business Development department, where the job is passenger rights, operational compliance and modernising the regulatory framework for aviation across West Africa.
Outside the Authority I build software. Property management systems, e-commerce platforms and analytics tools, each one shipped for a real client with a real problem.
The combination matters. Regulation teaches you how systems fail; building products teaches you how to make them work. I try to do both at once.
